Our degree programs are structured to allow students to update skills or to earn a degree. Courses in the Network Administration program provide training in the design, implementation, security, and management of local and wide area networks.

IT Systems Specialist Degree Program
This is designed for those students who want or need a less intensive program. Both degrees help to prepare students for the current job market with industry standard certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, Linux+, Network+, and A+.
Solve PC hardware and operating systems, common applications and network problems. Diagnose, document and correct problems. Graduates work in Information Technology or as Help Desk support.

Computer Support Specialist Certificate
The Computer Support Specialist One-Year Certificate to help students get started in the IT field. This can be stepped up to the Network Technician AAS degree and then to the Network Administration AAS Degree.
It is designed for and expected that the students will be able to pass the A+ certification exam upon completing this SSC PC Technician Cert. This exam is not required to achieve the SSC Certificate.
Computer support specialists trouble-shoot and resolves various computer & software issues. They work in a help-desk environment or provide technical support in an organization's IT dept.
